Other clinical service, methods, and programs we often use in conjunction with mental health therapy treatment:
Peer groups are formed on a case-by-case basis depending on the needs of individual clients. Peer groups are tailored to the needs of the children in the group and formed in order to target specific developmental and social goals.
Therapeutic Intensives are daily treatment sessions provided over a short-term, intensive format that are individualized to each client. Treatment disciplines include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and/or speech therapy.
Occupational therapy helps children and adults develop the skills needed for play, socialization, learning, and participation in daily activities.
Physical therapy can help children develop gross motor skills and promote active participation in the home, school, and community environments.
Speech-language pathology addresses a wide range of communicative needs in order to promote effective and functional interactions.
